Do we need to buy special hardware for clock-in?
No. Any Android or iOS tablet or smartphone plus NFC chips or QR codes for employees is enough. If you want industrial terminals for the workshop, we will recommend proven models.
Does GPS track location continuously?
No, GPS is checked only at clock-in and clock-out. This meets GDPR and respects employee privacy. The user sees in the app exactly when their location was recorded.
Can employees see their own worked hours?
Yes. Every employee has access to their attendance, vacation, sick days, and PTO balance. They request leave in the mobile app and the manager approves it directly from the notification.
How do you handle overtime under the labor code?
Overtime, average wage, holiday, and night premium rules are built in based on legislation valid in 2026. Legislative changes are reflected automatically across all tenants.
Does the app work offline, for example on a construction site without signal?
Yes. The mobile app stores records locally and syncs them as soon as connection is restored. A driver or technician can clock in even in an underground garage or remote site.
How much does the Attendance module cost?
Attendance is available from EUR 3 per employee per month within the Modulario package. It includes the mobile app, web UI, and payroll software integration.
